Power Thru the Powder Weekend on February 2nd and February 3rd is one of the largest adaptive skiing and snowboarding events for people with different abilities and disabilities in the Northeast. A weekend filled with inspiration on and off the slopes, networking families to one another as well as recognizing and bringing visibility to many incredible nonprofit organizations in the community. Assisting homeless people improve their life situation through housing and supportive services, South Park Inn serves nearly 1,500 adults and children each year. This campaign will replace old bags and trash bags with new duffel bags for ten individuals looking to rebuild their lives.

Support Peace Center of Connecticut’s efforts propelling change in Connecticut for more peaceful community where differences are respected and violence is not tolerated. The members of Youth Peace Alliance want to bring positive messaging and achieve peace in the Hartford community through the engagement of Peace Poles.

Strengthening the community by empowering families to change their lives through homeownership opportunities, Hartford Habitat is working to make a positive difference in Greater Hartford’s neighborhoods. Contributions to this campaign will help pay for exterior doors of a new home.

Building greener, stronger, healthier and more beautiful neighborhoods in Hartford, KNOX’s community gardening program directly provides healthy and affordable food to 400+ Hartford families. Help us purchase a picnic table for their Evergreen Community Garden inspiring a more relaxing and community driven atmosphere.
